Fletcher's Case
About the Game

Fletcher's Case is a twilight zone-esque VR experience in which the main character is in a wheelchair.

Movement is a huge challenge for VR at present. Many games choose to give the player teleportation in place of traditional movement to avoid motion sickness.

We wanted to come up with a different solution for movement that fit in with a narrative and still allowed for traditional gameplay.

Designing a game with a non-traditional movement system on top of achieving a consistently high FPS in VR was a huge challenge as a producer, only made larger by our team's lack of programmers.

Story beats / MVP
While making a narrative experience we found it useful to breakdown story points into a beat by beat that explained how we wanted the player to feel and why.

Capacity Plan
We then took those beats and trimmed them down into a MVP outline for Fletcher's Case.

About Me / Contact
Hey, I'm Kevin.
I'd love to tell you about myself.

I'm a huge D&D fan, I DM and play. I've just begane constructing my own world in which stories have magical value, making bards super important.

I am also an avid Parkour enthusiast, going so far as to start the Victoria Parkour club on Vancouver island when I lived there.

My biggest strength I would say is Coordination and Communication. I love rallying people behind an idea and then executing a plan to get that idea working.
